History & Pledge
Abundant Life Tabernacle
Of Walla Walla, Washington
A Brief History of Our Church
The United Pentecostal Church of Walla Walla, was started in 1945 by Rev. Ellis Scism, and incorporated with the state of Washington on April 1953 with the assistance of Rev. Garland Huffman and several other ministers. Since that time the ministerial baton has been passed from Pastor to Pastor. In July of 1997 it was passed to Rev. Jeffrey S. Hall.

From that time Rev. Jeffrey Hall pledged to Walla Walla:
To present the gospel to those that are searching To gather for worship and instruction To bring hope to the hurting To be a lighthouse to the community To equip saints to minister To declare wholesome values To send the gospel around the world To challenge today's youth to have Christian-centered lives To pray continually for the community To edify the saints To comfort the grieving To encourage the lonely To feed the hungry To minister to the handicapped To help the aged, abused and confused To model a standard for Christian Righteousness
